Refund Policy

Article 1 - Return of unopened items:

We only accept returns on items returned within 30 days of delivery as indicated by the original tracking information.

Article 2 - Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged goods. When you consider a product to be defective, please contact us, within 14 days of your purchase, at the telephone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product such as sweat belt for example.

Article 3 - Shipping

In the situation where the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for whatever reason, the customer must inform the seller in advance, so that the latter can communicate the instructions relating to the product return. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and issue a refund.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. If your return is eligible for a refund, your refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

Article 4 - Process

When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and amounts refunded do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 30 working days after receipt of our email may elapse before the refund has been received .

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.

Article 5 - Gifts 

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.

Article 6 - Exception to the right of withdrawal and refund

All personalized items made on request in our product catalog as well as the pregnancy belt are not eligible for return and reimbursement if personalization has been made. These items are deemed to be non-refundable or part of a final sale. However, personalized products benefit from the right of conformity as defined in our general conditions of sale. The company is not required to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the professional.
